his section helps troubleshoot common error messages received when starting RapidLoader Web Accelerator. Click any of the following error messages for resolution information.

Error Messages when Starting RapidLoader Web Accelerator

  1. "RapidLoader Web Accelerator was unable to load the sdicore.dll library ..."

  2. "RapidLoader Web Accelerator detected another application using the HTTP listening port..."

  3. "RapidLoader Web Accelerator could not be started due to an installation or configuration problem..."


Error Messages when Starting RapidLoader Web Accelerator

  1. "RapidLoader Web Accelerator was unable to load the sdicore.dll library ..."

    A file or resource required by RapidLoader Web Accelerator may have been deleted. Fully uninstall and then re-install RapidLoader Web Accelerator.

    If the problem persists contact your ISP.

  2. "RapidLoader Web Accelerator detected another application using the HTTP listening port..."

    In the RapidLoader Advanced Connection Settings, change the "Local Listening Port" to a different port, e.g. 5400 or 5500 or 5600, etc. Restart RapidLoader Web Accelerator.

  3. "RapidLoader Web Accelerator could not be started due to an installation or configuration problem..."

    A file or resource required by RapidLoader Web Accelerator may have been deleted. Fully uninstall and then re-install RapidLoader Web Accelerator.
